Artículo noveno. Conservarán el derecho a matricularse en la misma Facultad o en otra en donde se hagan los mismos estudios, al siguiente año, sin nuevo examen de admisión, los aspirantes aprobados a quienes se les haya autorizado matrícula y no hubieren hecho uso de ella por falta de recursos económicos, o por enfermedad o fuerza mayor debidamente comprobadas.
