° Modifícase el Decreto número 450, de 13 de febrero de 1946, en el sentido de que las partidas destinadas por dicho Decreto para las Escuelas Vocaciones Agrícolas de Anolaima y Guacavía, se destinan para sostenimiento de la Escuela Vocacional Agrícola de Sumapaz, en el Departamento del Tolima, y para la fundación y sostenimiento de la Escuela Vocacional Agrícola de San Martín, en la Intendencia del Meta, respectivamente.
