El artículo 104 del Decreto 700 de 1954 quedará así: Artículo 104. El uso indebido por parte de los funcionarios públicos de objetos aprehendidos con ocasión de un proceso por delito de contrabando, es causal de mala conducta que acarrea la pérdida del empleo.

Parágrafo

El Ministro de Hacienda por medio de resolución podrá destinar los vehículos decomisados, al servicio oficial. Las participaciones a que haya lugar a denunciantes y aprehensores se pagarán con cargo a Rentas por la Administración de la Aduana correspondiente.
