Art. 2º. La entrega de dichas armas y municiones se hará en cada localidad á la primera autoridad política, quien las tendrá á la disposición del Gobierno por conducto del Jefe del respectivo Departamento y extenderá á favor del interesado el correspondiente recibo por las armas y municiones que se le entreguen.
