La tarjeta de turismo con automóvil se expedirá a los extranjeros que vengan al país con su propio vehículo, procedentes de uno de los países con los cuales rija un acuerdo internacional en la materia. Además de los datos que figuran en la tarjeta ordinaria de turismo, la tarjeta de turismo con automóvil contendrá las siguientes informaciones: propietario del vehículo, características del mismo, compañía aseguradora y número de la póliza de seguros que cubra daños a terceros dentro del territorio nacional. Así mismo la tarjeta de turismo con automóvil llevará una leyenda en que se diga que el vehículo no podrá enajenarse a ningún título dentro del territorio nacional.
