Elección de los representantes de los distribuidores . Para la elección del representante de los distribuidores a que se refiere este artículo, es requisito indispensable que los electores (distribuidores), se encuentren registrados ante la Dirección de Cinematografía del Ministerio de Cultura y que acrediten en debida forma haber distribuido mínimo una película de cine, dentro del año inmediatamente anterior a la elección. (Decreto 2291 de 2003, artículo 7°).
