Calidades, derechos, inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, deberes y prohibiciones . Los agentes del Ministerio Público deberán tener las mismas condiciones y calidades señaladas en la Constitución Política y en la ley estatutaria de la administración de justicia para los magistrados y jueces ante quienes actúen. Igualmente, tendrán los mismos derechos y prestaciones de éstos y estarán sujetos a las mismas inhabilidades, incompatibilidades, deberes y prohibiciones que exige la ley estatutaria de la administración de justicia para ejercer cargos en la rama judicial.
