Las entidades públicas señaladas en el artículo 1º de este Decreto, serán responsables por la integridad de las ofertas en el cumplimiento de las normas aquí establecidas. Las copias que se expidan en desarrollo del derecho de petición de informaciones, causarán el pago del valor correspondiente a su costo.
