Art. 8° La inspección se ejerce no solamente sobre los Maestros y alumnos, sino sobre todos los demás funcionarios que intervinieren en la Instrucción pública, sean superiores o inferiores. Es un deber del inferior dar aviso a quien corresponda de la omisión o descuido del superior, para que se le haga efectiva la multa o responsabilidad en que haya incurrido.
