Los contribuyentes que no estén obligados a practicar inventarios de acuerdo con las disposiciones de este decreto, podrán denunciar los bienes que el artículo 98 ordena declarar o estimar al costo, por el precio comercial que hubieren tenido en 31 de diciembre del año gravable.
