Comunicación de la resolución de fijación provisional de la pretensión. La resolución de fijación provisional de la pretensión se comunicará personalmente al afectado al momento de materializar las medidas cautelares. Si ello no fuera posible, el fiscal enviará comunicación dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a las personas afectadas cuya dirección se conozca. Esta resolución se comunicará también al agente del Ministerio Público y al Ministerio de Justicia y del Derecho.
