Actualización del valor de las sanciones cambiarias pendientes de pago . Para el pago de los valores adeudados por concepto de sanciones que imponga la Dirección de Impuestos y Aduanas Nacionales por infracción al Régimen Cambiario o en virtud del artículo 33 de este Decreto, se aplicará en lo pertinente el reajuste previsto en el artículo 867-1 del Estatuto Tributario.
