La prestación del servicio de auxiliar jurídico ad honórem en la Procuraduría General de la Nación es de dedicación exclusiva, se ejercerá tiempo completo, tendrá una duración de nueve meses, y servirá como judicatura voluntaria para optar por el título de abogado.
