La subpartida arancelaria 21.06.90.99.00, tendrá derecho al nivel porcentual de CERT previsto en el Decreto 33 de 2001 para la subpartida 21.06.90.90.10, únicamente cuando se trate de preparados alimenticios destinados a sustituir totalmente la alimentación humana ordinaria, no expresados ni comprendidos en otras partidas.
