° La Oficina de Planeamiento y Control del Departamento Administrativo de Servicios Generales, con la asesoría del Jefe de la División de Imprenta Nacional, determinará cuáles de las máquinas, equipos y materiales de impresión que le sean entregados en virtud de lo dispuesto en el artículo 3° del presente Decreto, son necesarios a la Imprenta Nacional, y hará entrega de ellos a esta entidad.
