En la tumba del señor General Posada se pondrá una lápida de mármol, con el nombre del distinguido servidor público, y esta inscripción:

"Restos repatriados por Ley del Congreso de 1912."

Parágrafo

La partida necesaria para dar cumplimiento a esta Ley se tendrá por incluida en el Presupuesto de la respectiva vigencia.
