°. Provisión y distribución de los empleos. El Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores proveerá los empleos creados mediante el presente Decreto de conformidad con la normatividad vigente sobre la materia, y los distribuirá teniendo en cuenta la organización interna, las necesidades del servicio, los planes, las estrategias, los proyectos y los programas del Ministerio.
