TEXTO CORRESPONDIENTE A

LEGISLACIÓN ANTERIOR

Artículo quince. Para los efectos de la Ley 167 de 1941, los actos del Consejo Administrativo del Distrito Especial serán acusables por violación de la Constitución, la ley o el Reglamento Ejecutivo.

Los actos del Alcalde Mayor y demás funcionarios o corporaciones administrativas del Distrito, serán acusables por iguales motivos y por violación del acuerdo.
