La destinación hecha por el artículo 4° de la presente Ley, podrá tomarla el gobierno de la apropiación del capítulo 337, articulo 3397 del Presupuesto Nacional para la vigencia fiscal de 1960, de conformidad con el artículo 18 del Decreto extraordinario 1368 de 1957.
