Art. 30.º Cuando algún individuo no militar ejecutare alguna de las acciones distinguidas de valor que se determinan en el Código Militar, relativa á la sofocación de una revolución ó motín á mano armada ó al sometimiento de una tropa sublevada, tendrá derecho al pago de una recompensa unitaria definitiva, en la misma proporción que corresponderá á la graduación del militar que encabezo los sublevados ó rebeldes, ó la otra mayor, si en justicia lo creyere así el Jefe de la Nación, mediante la importancia de los alcances ó resultados funestos á que hubiera podido dar lugar la sublevación si se le hubiera dejado tomar cuerpo.
