El contribuyente persona natural propietario de bienes o predios de uso residencial, podrá optar por la modalidad de pago alternativo por cuotas para el Impuesto Predial Unificado del bien, sea a solicitud de parte o de manera automática según reglamentación que para el efecto se expida por parte de las administraciones municipales.
