Art. 6. ° Al considerarse las propuestas, son causas de prelacion de ellas las siguientes: 1.° La mayor cantidad que se ofrezca en "Pagarés" por una cantidad dada del dinero en licitacion; 2.° La mayor cantidad que la propuesta deje en resíduos de aprovechamiento a favor del Tesoro ; i 3.°Las sumas menores entre las propuestas iguales. Cuando sean éstas enteramente iguales, se prorateará el fondo a que aquellas que tengan derechos.
