Elección directa de dignatarios . Mientras no sea regulada en los estatutos internos de cada organismo de acción comunal, la elección directa de dignatarios, esta se entenderá válida cuando en ella participen un número de afiliados igual o superior al treinta por ciento (30%) de los mismos.
