Las guardias o secciones de Policía que hayan de formar la custodia de los lazaretos y de sus cordones sanitarios estarán a la orden de los respectivos Administradores de los lazaretos, y serán renovadas total o parcialmente por el Director de la Policía Nacional cuando así lo solicite el Director General de Lazaretos.
