Los gastos funerarios de los funcionarios y empleados a que se refiere este Decreto se cubrirán por la Contraloría General hasta la cantidad correspondiente al valor de la asignación mensual devengada. El pago de los referidos gastos se efectuará mediante la presentación de los comprobantes respectivos debidamente autenticados, a la persona que demuestre haberlo satisfecho.
