Las Importaciones De Chassises Para Buses Que Realicen Las Empresas De Transporte Urbano Debidamente Constituidas, Con El Fin De Incorporarlos Al Servicio Público De Transporte, Quedarán Exentas Del Pago De Los Derechos Aduaneros Que Señala El Arancel De Aduanas

º Las importaciones de chassises para buses que realicen las empresas de transporte urbano debidamente constituidas, con el fin de incorporarlos al servicio público de transporte, quedarán exentas del pago de los derechos aduaneros que señala el Arancel de Aduanas.

Parágrafo

Las características de los chassises para buses de que trata el presente artículo, serán determinadas por la Dirección General de Aduanas, con el objeto de destinguirlos de los que son propios para otros tipos de vehículos.
