° Destinanse por ahora para este servicio las dragas Girardot en el Alto Magdalena, Concordia y Magdalena y el vapor Nariño, en el Bajo, las cuales se ocuparán en hacer transportes por cuenta de particulares, bajo la dirección de la Junta, siempre que no se necesiten para usos oficiales, pues en este caso el Ministerio de Obras Públicas podrá destinarlas a tales usos por el tiempo necesario.
