Art. 1.° El pié de fuerza en tiempo de paz, en el próximo año económico, será hasta de tres mil hombres de tropa, con los respectivos Jefes i Oficiales, i se distribuirá i situará del modo i en los puntos que estime conveniente el Poder Ejecutivo.
