Los Comandantes de Subestaciones y Puestos acatarán las disposiciones que para el desarrollo de los servicios expidan los respectivos Alcaldes, Corregidores e Inspectores de Policía, y ordenarán los servicios de su jurisdicción de conformidad con las normas generales que tracen los Comandantes de Departamento o Distrito, Estación o Subestación. De los servicios locales serán responsables y gozarán de plena autonomía para disponerlos y prestarlos.
