Los profesores serán nombrados por el Ministerio de Guerra a propuesta de la Dirección General de Aviación. Los profesores militares se seleccionarán entre los Oficiales que demuestren mayor inclinación, capacidad y conocimientos en el desempeño de esta labor, y se encomendará tal tarea, de preferencia, a los Oficiales de planta de la Base Escuela, lo cual se tendrá en cuenta para hacer la elección y el nombramiento de estos, o dentro de Oficiales que hayan hecho cursos superiores.
