Instrucciones para la prestación del servicio de venta o martillo electrónico de bienes. La Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia y la Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, o la Superintendencia que ejerza la inspección, vigilancia y control, en el ámbito de sus competencias, supervisarán el cumplimiento de los principios de transparencia, integridad, acceso, profesionalización, autenticidad e impartirán las instrucciones que garanticen su cumplimiento para que los martillos legalmente autorizados y las cámaras de comercio, respectivamente, operen y administren los sitios de internet para la venta o martillo electrónico de bienes, de que trata el artículo 79 de la Ley 1676 de 2013.
