El que en el ejercicio de una profesión médica, forense, o de cualquier otro servicio de utilidad social, certifique falsamente acerca de hechos que deban probas se mediante dicha certificación, incurrirá en arresto de un mes a un año y en multa de cincuenta a quinientos pesos.
