ARTICULO 1 º. NATURALEZA JURIDICA . De conformidad con lo dispuesto por el numeral 3º del artículo 28 de la Ley 60 de 1993, la Unidad de Desarrollo Territorial del Departamento Nacional de Planeación se reestructura como Unidad Administrativa Especial de Desarrollo Territorial, UDT, sin personería jurídica, perteneciente a la estructura administrativa del Departamento, con la autonomía administrativa y presupuestal que le reconoce el presente Decreto.
