Todo proceso penal se adelantará por duplicado, y sobre las copias se surtirán los recursos de apelación cundo se consideren en el efecto devolutivo y las consultas en su caso. Los documentos originales y únicos que obraren en el expediente se llevarán al duplicado del proceso en fotocopia autenticada por el respectivo secretario.
