Funciones de la Unidad de Inversiones y Finanzas Públicas.- Además de las funciones de que trata el Artículo 56 del Decreto 2410 de 1989, corresponde a la Unidad de Inversiones y Finanzas Públicas, coordinar la elaboración del Plan Plurianual de Inversiones que ha de incorporarse en el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo.
