El artículo 119 de la Ley 104 de 1993 , quedará así:
"Lo dispuesto en el presente Título, se aplicará sin perjuicio de las facultades que ejerce el Procurador General de la Nación, en virtud de lo dispuesto por el numeral 1º del artículo 278 de la Constitución Política y las Leyes 200 y 201 de 1995".
