º Los alumnos de que trata el artículo 7.º del Decreto 1404 de 1908, que no hubieren otorgado la fianza a que están obligados, confirme a dicha disposición, procederán a hacerlo inmediatamente, para lo cual se les señala el preciso término de diez días, contados desde la publicación de este decreto, y caso que no lo hagan serán dados de baja, previo el correspondiente aviso del Director del Taller.
