Art. 8º Los Magistrados de los Tribunales pueden también castigar individualmente con penas correccionales de multa, que no pase de cincuenta pesos, ó arresto, que no pase de cuatro días, á los que les desobedezcan en el ejercicio de sus funciones ó falten al debido respeto.
