ARTICULO 2o . El Gobierno Nacional incluirá anualmente en el proyecto de presupuesto recursos de inversión social con destino al Instituto Colombiano de Antropología, Unidad Administrativa Especial de Colcultura, para desarrollar proyectos de investigación que serán manejados a través de un sistema de concurso de proyectos conforme a la reglamentación que para el efecto expida la Junta Directiva del Instituto Colombiano de Cultura, sin perjuicio de las disposiciones contractuales vigentes.
