º REGISTRO Y AUTORIZACION DE FUNCIONAMIENTO. En el acta de reconocimiento de personería jurídica se ordenará el registro de la administración cooperativa, el de los órganos de administración y vigilancia y el de su representante legal, y se autorizará su funcionamiento. Para todos los efectos legales será prueba de la existencia de una administración cooperativa y de su representante legal, la certificación que expida el Departamento Administrativo Nacional de Cooperativas.
