Derogado Texto Correspondiente A [ Mostrar ] Derogado Artículo 43 Ley 820 De 2003 Legislación Anterior [ Mostrar ] Artículo 8° En Desarrollo Del Numeral 1° Del Artículo 12 De La Ley 56 De 1985, Si El Arrendador, Dentro Del Período Pactado Para La Cancelación Por Parte Del Arrendatario Del Canon De Arrendamiento, Se Niega A Recibir El Pago Del Precio Que Legalmente Se Debe Efectuar, Podrá El Arrendatario Cumplir Su Obligación Consignando Las Respectivas Sumas En El Banco Popular Del Lugar De Ubicación Del Inmueble, Dentro Del Día Hábil Siguiente Al Vencimiento De Tal Período Y Dando Aviso Al Arrendador Dentro De Los Cinco (5) Días Siguientes A La Consignación; Las Consignaciones Subsiguientes Se Efectuarán Dentro Del Período Pactado
