Art. 5°. Quedan derogadas expresamente las siguientes disposiciones: el artículo 2°. de la ley 33 de 1875 y el artículo 1° de la ley 11 de 1877 en que se autoriza al Poder Ejecutivo para administrar libremente la renta de Salinas y fijar el precio de la sal.
