ARTICULO 10 . CARÁCTER DE LOS MIEMBROS DE LA JUNTA DIRECTIVA. Los miembros de la Junta Directiva, aunque ejercen funciones públicas, no adquieren por ese solo hecho la calidad de empledos públicos, sin embargo, están sometidos al régimen de responsabilidad, incompatibilidades e inhabilidades establecidas en la Ley y los Reglamentos.
