El Fondo Rotatorio de Prevención, Represión y Rehabilitación, del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes será el encargado de financiar la ejecución de las políticas del Consejo Nacional de Estupefacientes, los programas de prevención, control y asistencia en materia de farmacodependencia y vigilancia farmacológica, entre otros, y el funcionamiento de la Dirección Nacional de Estupefacientes.
