°. Intervención del Ministerio Público. En los trámites de insolvencia económica de la persona natural no comerciante en los que se discutan asuntos relativos a bienes del Estado, jurisdicción coactiva o reclamación de alimentos, el conciliador deberá comunicar por escrito dicha circunstancia, dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la aceptación de la solicitud, a los Procuradores Judiciales del Circuito Judicial del domicilio del deudor, o a las Procuradurías Provinciales en aquellos lugares donde aquellos no existan.
