° La Tesorería General y todas las oficinas recaudadoras dependientes de ella, liquidarán y pagarán, en la forma en que se ha venido practicando, los intereses devengados por las cédulas de Tesorería del 2 por 100, que no hayan sido pagados hasta la fecha en que se emitieron las cédulas del 10 por 100 que se entregaron al Banco de la República.
