El que en tiempo de paz destruya o pretenda destruir o inutilizar por cualquier medio un cuartel, fortaleza, parque, arsenal, buque de guerra, aeronave, fábrica o cualesquiera bienes o elementos destinados al servicio de las Fuerzas Armadas, está sujeto a presidio de dos a diez años.
