Para efectos de la expedición del certificado de Paz y salvo, los contribuyentes del impuesto sobre la venta que simultaneamente sean responsables del gravamen sobre las ventas y se encuentren a paz y salvo, podrán solicitar y obtener tal certificado con validez hasta la cuota siguiente del impuesto sobre la renta.
