Obligaciones a favor del Sistema General de Regalías . Las entidades recaudadoras de las participaciones correspondientes a regalías y compensaciones a que se refiere este decreto, descontarán a las entidades territoriales beneficiarias, los saldos a favor del Sistema General de Regalías. Para estos efectos, el Departamento Nacional de Planeación, informará a las entidades recaudadoras los saldos a descontar y la periodicidad de dichos descuentos que serán puestos en consideración de los representantes legales de las entidades ejecutoras.
