Control del Fondo por parte del Comité Directivo. El Comité Directivo ejercerá las funciones de auditoría, directamente o a través de una auditoría externa, con cargo a los gastos de administración del Fondo, para garantizar la correcta liquidación, recaudo y administración de la Contribución y de los demás recursos del Fondo, así como sobre la ejecución de los programas que se definan. El auditor externo deberá presentar informes semestrales sobre el cumplimiento de su gestión o cuando el Comité Directivo se lo solicite.
